MAY “ TWAALFUURKOP” CHALLENGE WINNER

A round of applause to: Zanri Odendal!!!

She received R500 (Fitcoins) and R500 (Bitcoin) in the lottery for everybody that completed the difficult hike. That’s a total of R1000.

We challenged ourselves to hike up 12-Uurskop, a brutal 13,5 Km hike with 1,250 vertical meters. Well done to everyone that went the distance and managed to get to the top! And for those that almost made. There will definitely be a next time to try again.

NEW MONTH, NEW CHALLENGE

For June a shorter but definitely demanding challenge. We will be focussing on getting everyone on a personal best for a 1 Kilometer run with a twist! The winner is NOT who is the fastest runner.

Whoever improves most till the end of the month gets the prize of R500 in Fitcoin and R500 in Bitcoin. Most of us has allready done there benchmark time this week and lastweek.

WINTER MOTIVATION

The grind doesn’t stop just because the days are shorter. June is for the ones who show up anyway.
When the bed is warm but the gym is calling — they answer. When the air is cold but the fire inside burns hotter — they train. Every drop of sweat is proof: winter won’t win.
So lace up, glove up, and keep moving forward.
Your consistency will become someone else’s courage.

Let’s make June count — one session, one round, one rep at a time.

The hardest part about training during the winter months is just getting yourself through the gym door.
